Disability Rights Expanding Accessible Markets eller DREAM er et nettverk for utdanning av unge forskere og er finanisert av EU Marie Curie Initial Training Network Funding Programme. Formålet med DREAM er å utdanne neste generasjon forskere og entreprenører innen funksjonshemmingspolitikk forå bistå EU og medlemsstatene i deres bestrebelser på å implementere FN konvensjonen om rettighetene til personer med nedsatt funksjonsevne.
DREAM ITN består av følgende partnere: National University of Ireland, Galway (koordinator), Technosite (Spania), Maastricht University (Nederland), University of Leeds (UK), NOVA (Norge), University of Iceland og Swiss Paraplegic Research. I tillegg har netterverket åtte assosierte partnere slik som NGOer. Disse inkluderer European Disabilitry Forum, Interights, Mental Disability Advocacy Centre og the European Group of National Human Rights Institiutions og Digital Europe.
Fourteen Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) have been recruited across the network on a full-time basis over three years and will explore and develop recommendations for European Union disability law and policy reform in light of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006). Yulyia Kuznetsova is working on the project "Toward Economic Independence: Corporate Culture and inclusion into the Workforce". The project examines how/ whether a positive corporate culture has assisted in enhancing the employment rate of persons with disabilities, and explore some of the critical success factors that can enable a positive corporate culture on disability to spread throughout Europe.
Anthony Giannoumis is working on the project "Monitoring the Implementation & Enforcement of National eAccessibility law and policy". The project examines how the national systems for monitoring and enforcement affect the implementation of international, regional and national eAccessibility policy.
